Eviction Reports is an ideal tenant screening solution for the apartment/home industry. Our background checks serve as an additional filter in determining qualified tenants and low risk renters.

County Criminal Search: Hand search reporting felony and/or misdemeanor court records in the county you are requesting. Multiple counties may be selected per applicant and the counties may be found by county name, city or zip code.

Consumer Credit Report: Report comes from one of the national credit repositories. Again, system defaults based on zip code entered prior. This information gives insight into the financial responsibility, past employers, past addresses, age, etc.

Social Security Number Search (SSN): Validates the SSN and when and where it was issued. Provides prior addresses and date reported living there. Also checks against a fraudulent database.
